Since 2003 Vitalis Nakrošis is a partner in PPMI and currently holds the position of Director of Research and Policy Advice. His main responsibility in PPMI lies in evaluation and policy analysis, public administration and governance. Vitalis has about 20 years of research experience and about 15 years of experience in evaluation and studies conducted for various EU institutions, agencies and other public authorities. He has been involved in more than 60 PPMI projects and has acted as a team leader in about 30 projects.
Vitalis is also employed as a professor in public administration in the Institute of International Relations and Political Science (Vilnius University) where he is researching and teaching public administration and public policy. He is involved in the activities of various government commissions and working groups.
