Rimantas has worked as public policy researcher, evaluator and public management consultant since 2001. He is an experienced manager with a strong track record of leading multi-national teams of experts and researchers. Rimantas worked for a variety of public sector clients including government ministries, the European Commission, the EU and national agencies. At the start of career he gained experience as a civil servant in the Lithuanian Ministry of Public Administration Reforms, then in the Lithuanian Non-Formal Education Centre and completed a traineeship in the European Commission, DG Employment and Social Affairs.
