Justinas Lapienis

A researcher at PPMI since December 2017, Justinas Lapienis has an educational and professional background in public policy. He has received a broad educational background in Asian Studies from Vilnius University, and later continued his education in the field of conflict resolution and coexistence at Brandeis University, USA. After the graduation Justinas has been involved as a researcher and as a manager in various domestic and in international projects and researches on innovation and metropolitan policy.
