Ieva Grumbinaitė

Ieva joined PPMI in August 2019 as a senior researcher. She holds a PhD in political and social sciences from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. She focused on European Union institutions, policy-making and, specifically, the rotating EU Council presidency during her academic career. Ieva also worked as a data manager for several research projects and taught BA and MA level classes on EU policies. She has extensive experience in conducting interviews, desk research, qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Besides Lithuanian, Ieva is fluent in English and German. At PPMI she has contributed to projects on youth and education policy, administrative capacity building and simplified cost options.
