Eigirdas joined PPMI in April 2021 as a Junior Researcher. He has an educational background in political science, and his key areas of interest are sustainable development and public governance. Prior to joining the PPMI team, he gained project management skill in the private sector and research experience in nonprofit and public sectors (United for Intercultural Action, Baltic Environmental Forum). Since 2020 he has been working on a project, “Sustainability in Retail Finance”, as a researcher and analyze Lithuanian commercial banks’ sustainability policies. Therefore, Eigirdas confidently utilizes his analytical skills to assist with desk research, qualitative and quantitative methods, report drafting.
