The purpose of the Framework Contract was to provide technical support to support the design and implementation of structural reforms in EU Member States. The consortium involving PPMI delivered strategies and/or recommendations, reports and/or action plans, presentations, legal texts, manuals, monitoring tools, workshops, training sessions, procedural and guidance documents, as well as other deliverables in different EU Member States. These deliverables allowed implementing different technical support actions in EU Member States, supporting the initiatives of national authorities and enhancing their capacity to design and execute structural reforms. This also enabled the SRSS to achieve its main targets in terms of the number of assisted Member States, the number of ongoing projects related to implementation of Country Specific Recommendations (CSRs), Union priorities and implementation of EU law, as well as Member States’ own-initiated reforms.
During the two years of this Framework contract the PPMI along with its partners and subcontractors delivered the following (4) studies:
- The use of flanking measures in the EU and their implementation to the Lithuanian context (May 2018 - May 2019)
- Support for developing country knowledge on public administration (EUPACK2019) (December 2018 - October 2019)
- Technical support to improve the quality and relevance of the adult education system in Hungary (September 2019 - March 2021)
- Organizational capacity building support for the Lithuanian Public Investment Development Agency (September 2019 - September 2020)
