Under the contract with the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport, PPMI starts evaluation of the impact of EU funds investments in the areas of Education and R&D and Innovations. PPMI team will assess current as well as expected results and impact against 12 specific objectives of the Operational Programme and conduct three detailed case studies to evaluate:
- the relevance and coherence of investments in public R&D and Innovation infrastructure and research projects under Smart Specialisation Strategy;
- the impact of projects aimed at the improvement of performance of ECEC institutions and schools on students’ learning achievements;
- good practices and transferability of financing models of non-formal education baskets for children and cultural passes for schools in the area of adult learning.
Finally, PPMI will provide recommendations on more efficient and productive implementation mechanisms for the 2021-2027 programming period.
