PPMI has been contracted by the European Training Foundation (ETF) to evaluate the agency’s networks. Stakeholder engagement is an integral part of the participatory approach of the ETF’s working method, which enables networks to be built and trust to be established between national and international institutions and the ETF.
We will map and assess the effectiveness of the different communities of practice, digital platforms and networks the ETF has engaged with to achieve its objectives over the period 2014-2019. This will also include the assessment of the Quality Assurance forum’s purpose, objectives, targets, outputs and outcomes during the period 2017-2019.
