PPMI completed the analysis and reporting of the CORDIS website survey

PPMI has recently completed the analysis and reporting of the CORDIS website survey 2019 for the Publications Office of the European Union. CORDIS is the main European Commission’s online service for disseminating the EU-funded research projects, their results, and other related information. An online survey is launched yearly on CORDIS to receive feedback from users on the content, language, dissemination, and usability of the service. The results of the survey are used to improve the user experience of the service.

Our team has conducted an in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of the survey results. The quantitative analysis included cross-tabulations and statistical tests to find statistically significant differences between respondent groups. The qualitative analysis of the open-ended answers included using Nvivo software to categorise the most important issues voiced by respondents. The final report included synthesised evidence and conclusions on the performance of the CORDIS, as well as recommendations for improving the service. Additionally, PPMI developed evidence-based personas of CORDIS users.
