The goal of this project is to prepare a forecast of human resources demand and supply for the period of 2017 ’ 2022. In the first weeks of 2018 PPMI was selected by the Lithuanian monitoring and forecasting agency (SIPA) to prepare the forecast using PPMI’s previously designed model.
Institute’s researchers will gather relevant data and will prepare the conclusions on anticipated Lithuanian HR situation. If required, PPMI will improve the model to adjust it to the changes in data structure and codification. The assignment is to be completed by the end of June 2018.
