Continuous capacity building is one of the major tasks for modern public administration, which faces ever increasing demands for better planning, involvement of stakeholders and efficient implementation. Intelligent use of financial and human resources is a key condition for gaining public confidence. Public officials must have the necessary skills to understand the policy issues, analyse them, learn from experience, develop appropriate solutions and communicate them.
We provide services aimed at administrative capacity building through training and other forms such as consultation, joint discussion and brain-storming sessions. We customise our training programmes according to the specific needs of our clients. During a training session we combine a variety of methods devoted to making the process as practical and participative as possible. We actively seek feedback from training participants and use it for continuous improvement.
