Training services of civil servants and public sector employees, administering EU structural assistance, and their socio-economic partners in Lithuania

The purpose of the training services was to raise qualification levels of civil servants and employees of public sector, provide them with relevant knowledge and ensure their qualification levels meet the required standards.
The training programme was composed of 8 modules which cover the list of the professional topics, related to the administration of EU structural  funds, and managerial topics, related to the development of the soft skills.
Methods of training: each seminar was prepared using methodology of innovative adult education and was focussed on the most actual and contemporary issues. The trainings included presentation and discussions, working within groups, case studies, various practical assignments. Training means included audio-visual presentations, films, practical assignments, case studies, reading lists and other accompanying material.
